Resolved:

 

·                   That the audited statement of accounts for 2015/16 in appendix A be approved.

·                   That the proposed budget for 2016/17 be approved.

It was agreed that the next meeting would be arranged prior to a meeting of the Borough Council.

Members requested updates to be provided on the following issues:

 

·         A café or mobile café at the site.

·         S.106 update.

·         Progress on the Education Centre

·         An update on use of the Pits land and money from that site being used for the park.
