Decision:

The minutes of the meeting held on 19th February 2014 were agreed subject to the following amendments:

 

      I.        Page 2, point 51, response to question by the Head of CPU should read, A review of Area Forums including their role in community engagement will take place this year.  Option for an additional meeting will be part of this review.

 

    II.        Page 3, point 5.1 Voluntary Sector funding.  Correct spelling of organisation should read:

CATHJA

Having taken into consideration the views of CIAP, the Lead Member for Communities supported the commissioning intentions set out in the table at 3.11 of the report on page 89 of the agenda.

Countering Violent Extremism and the Prevent Strategy LB Hounslow

I.        The Community Investment Advisory Panel (CIAP) noted and agreed the results of the VCSE Survey 2014.
