4. Contracts with the authority
4.1 You should describe all contracts, of which you are aware, which are not fully discharged, and which are:
(a) contracts for the supply of goods, services or works to the Hounslow Council or on Hounslow’s behalf, and
(b) between Hounslow and yourself, a firm where you are a partner, a company where you are a director or where you have a beneficial interest (see 3 above).
4.2 You need not say what the financial arrangements are, but you should state the length of the contract.
