Purpose of Committee
The Tenants/Leaseholders Joint Consultative Committee (TJCC) meets four times a year. The meeting provides a forum for regular liaison and consultation with Tenant/Leaseholder representatives on the Council’s strategies and plans.
The TJCC in particular considers and comments on:
- the London Borough of Hounslow’s Housing Strategy and the Housing Investment Plan;
- specific housing services strategies, plans and performance;
- the annual delivery plan for Hounslow Homes;
- quarterly performance reports from Hounslow Homes;
- reports on equal access and diversity.
