This Committee was appointed by Borough Council on 24 May 2011 as a Sub-Committee of the Planning Committee (previously known as the Sustainable Development Committee) and as such, this Committee derives its powers from the Planning Committee.

The Committee’s remit is to authorise planning enforcement action.
